Once a couple pays the deposit, the booking moves to your bookings list. It's the source of truth for everything that happens between now and the event.

How to do it

  1. 01

    Open Bookings

    /dashboard/bookings. Three tabs: Upcoming, Past, Cancelled.

  2. 02

    Tap a booking

    Shows the full agreement, payment status, contract PDF, and a button back to the conversation thread.

  3. 03

    Watch the timeline

    Each booking has a timeline: Deposit paid → Final due in N days → Final paid → Event complete. Updates automatically as charges settle.

What to expect

The deposit pays out to your bank within 1-2 business days of the couple's card clearing. The final 50% pays out the same way, two business days after it's charged (14 days before the event).
