Cancel or refund a booking

Sometimes you can't make it. Cancellations follow the schedule on the Pricing page - the longer the notice, the smaller the impact on the couple.

How to do it

    Open the booking

    /dashboard/bookings → tap the booking.

  2. 02

    Press Cancel booking

    Bottom of the page, after Payments and Contract.

    Pick a reason and confirm

    We share the reason with the couple - be honest. Common ones: illness, double-booked, scope change.

  4. 04

    Issue refund (or not)

    Vendor-initiated cancellations refund the full amount paid by default. You can override per-line if there's been work delivered already.

What to expect

Refunds settle to the couple's card in 5-10 business days. The booking moves to the Cancelled tab, the date frees up on your calendar, and the couple is notified within seconds.

Common questions

Can I cancel and just keep the deposit?

Only if the contract you both signed allows it (e.g. illness clauses). Otherwise vendor-initiated cancellations refund in full to keep trust on the platform.
