Receive an inquiry
When a couple sends you a request from a listing, it shows up in two places: the Leads list (high-level) and the Inbox (the actual conversation).

Get the notification
Email by default; SMS if you've turned that on. The notification has the couple's first name, the event date, and a one-line note.

Open Leads
/dashboard/leads is the fast view: every active inquiry as a row, sortable by date and budget.

Or open Inbox
/dashboard/inbox is the full conversation view. Same threads, different lens.

Reply within an hour if you can
Median time-to-first-reply on DayOf is under one hour. Vendors who reply fastest convert two to three times more inquiries.
What to expect
Each inquiry has a stage label that updates automatically: Inquiry → Negotiating → Quoted → Booked. The Leads list groups by stage so you always know what needs your attention.
