Accept the terms
Before your account is active you'll see a short screen agreeing to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This is the same agreement that covers any future bookings you make on DayOf.
How to do it

Read what you're agreeing to
There are two links - Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Both are written in plain English.

Tick the checkbox
It sits next to 'I agree to the DayOf Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.'

Press Continue
Your account is now active and you'll go straight to the verify-email step.

What to expect
You only see this screen once. If our terms ever change in a way that affects you, we'll show you the updated version and ask you to accept again before you can keep going.
