Inquiries
- Receive an inquiryWhen a couple sends you a request from a listing, it shows up in two places: the Leads list (high-level) and the Inbox (the actual conversation).

- Accept or decline a counterIf the couple counters your quote, you'll see their counter as a new card in the thread.
