A quote is your real price for this couple, this date, this scope. You build it inside the conversation, then press Send to lock it in.
How to do it

Open the thread
From /dashboard/leads or /dashboard/inbox.

Press Build a quote
Bottom of the message composer. Opens a panel with your packages pre-filled.

Pick a package
Or start from scratch. You can edit every line - name, price, hours, included items.

Add or remove line items
Common ones: extra coverage hour, travel beyond 50 miles, second shooter. Each line is its own row in the quote.

Set an expiry
Default is 7 days. Couples can ask for an extension; you can grant or deny.

Press Send quote
Lands as a quote card in the thread. The couple gets an email and an in-app notification.

What to expect
Once sent, the thread's stage moves to Quoted. The couple has three buttons on the card: Accept, Counter, Decline. You'll get a notification when they pick.
