Sidebar > Planning > Clients > pick the wedding.

On the Overview tab. The button unlocks 30 days before the wedding date.

Browser downloads the PDF immediately. Letter format, helvetica 10.5pt body so it's readable on a phone screen the day-of.
What to expect
The PDF includes: cover (couple, wedding date, venue, guest count), timeline (every event with time, duration, location, vendor), day-of contacts (primary / backup / venue), vendor team, and the logistics blocks the couple filled in (venue access, vendor coordination, ceremony / reception notes). Empty sections drop out automatically; only populated info prints.
Common questions
What if it's more than 30 days out?
Button is disabled with a tooltip showing how long until it unlocks. If a couple's wedding has no date set, you can generate any time.
Can I re-generate after edits?
Yes. Every click renders a fresh PDF from the current data. There's no version history yet - re-generate after you make changes.
