Day-of timeline

Build your wedding day event by event. Each event has a time, duration, location, optional vendor link, and category (ceremony / cocktail / reception / vendor setup). Times are time-of-day only - we pair them with your wedding date for the day-of run sheet.

How to do it

    Open the timeline

    Dashboard sidebar -> Timeline.

  2. 02

    Add an event

    Click 'Add an event,' fill in title, time, duration. Optionally tie the event to one of your booked vendors so they know they're on the hook for that beat.

    Edit or delete

    Click the pencil icon on any row. Order in the list follows display order then time-of-day.

What to expect

Your planner (if you have one) sees and can edit the same timeline. The run sheet PDF they generate the week of pulls every event from here.
