Wedding planning checklist

Pre-seeded checklist of about 30 tasks across the standard wedding-planning arc, grouped by how many months out you are. Tick items off as you finish; add custom tasks for anything specific to your wedding.

How to do it

    Open the checklist

    Dashboard sidebar -> Checklist.

  2. 02

    Tick tasks off

    Click the checkbox on any row. We record the date plus who did it (you or your planner if you have one).

    Add notes per task

    Click any task title to expand it - there's a notes textarea below. Only you and your planner see notes.

  4. 04

    Add your own tasks

    Hit 'Add a custom task' at the bottom. Pick which months-before-wedding bucket it lands in.

What to expect

Progress shows at the top: 'X of Y complete' plus a percentage bar. The bucket-by-bucket layout follows the planning arc - 'Hire a planner' is first, then budget, guest list, venue, vendors, paper, and so on through the wedding week.

Common questions

What if my planner ticks something off for me?

Their name shows on the row ('Completed by Sarah'). You can untick anything they did, same as your own.

Can I hide a task that doesn't apply?

Yes - expand it and hit Hide. Template tasks get marked complete; custom tasks delete entirely.
