Upload photos

DayOf supports up to 30 portfolio shots and one cover photo per listing. Drag-and-drop is the fastest way; we'll handle the resizing.

How to do it

Open the listing editor
/dashboard/listings → tap a listing → Photos tab.

Drop files into the upload zone
JPG, PNG, or HEIC. Up to 25 MB each. The zone shows a fog-grey border that turns ink-black as you drag.

Reorder by drag
Cover sits at the top. The next eleven appear in the gallery preview on /search. The rest live in the full portfolio.

Add a caption (optional)
Short captions improve accessibility and help couples picture the day. Skip it if you'd rather.

What to expect

Uploads happen in the background - close the tab and they keep going. Every image is auto-resized to three sizes (thumbnail, gallery, full). You don't need to compress them yourself.

Common questions

Can I upload videos?

Cover and portfolio are images-only today. You can paste a Vimeo or YouTube link in the listing bio - it'll embed automatically.
