DayOf Couple Cancellation Policy

What happens when a couple cancels a booking?

If you need to cancel a booking on DayOf, here is what to expect based on timing:

More than 6 months before the event

  • The Final Payment will not be charged.

  • The Initial Payment (50% of the booking total) is non-refundable.

Between 90 days and 6 months before the event

  • 25% of the Final Payment will be charged.

  • The Initial Payment is non-refundable.

Within 90 days of the event

  • The entire Final Payment will be charged.

  • The Initial Payment is non-refundable.

The Initial Payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be initiated through the platform and are treated as a cancellation and rebooking. Vendors are not obligated to honor rescheduling requests, and DayOf does not guarantee vendor availability.
