DayOf holds all vendors to a professional standard. When performing services or interacting on the platform, you are expected to:
Conduct yourself professionally at all times.
Deliver services consistent with the professional experience represented in your profile, proposals, and communications.
Respond to booking-related communications within 5 days, unless you have communicated that you will be unavailable for an extended period.
Deliver agreed-upon services within the timeframe you and the client established.
Provide at least 24 hours advance written notice (email is acceptable) if you will not be able to meet a content delivery deadline.
Strictly prohibited
Consuming alcohol or illegal drugs during an event booked through the platform.
Arriving at an event under the influence.
Violations of professional standards may result in account review, suspension, or termination.
