Hi, I’m Rob, the owner of Ellis Elevated Experiences, and I help couples take the stress out of wedding travel so they can actually enjoy the experience they’ve spent so much time planning. A big part of why I do this comes from personal experience. My own wedding and honeymoon took place during COVID, and like many couples at the time, we dealt with last-minute changes, uncertainty, and travel hiccups that made what should have been a seamless experience feel a lot more stressful than it needed to be. It gave me a firsthand understanding of just how important it is to have someone in your corner managing the details, especially during such an important time. From hotel room blocks and guest accommodations to coordinating travel for friends and family, I handle the behind-the-scenes logistics that can quickly become overwhelming. Whether your guests are coming from nearby or across the country, I act as a go-to resource so you’re not fielding travel questions in the middle of seating charts and final walkthroughs. I also help bring the full wedding weekend together, from transportation to and from your venue to thoughtful recommendations for how your guests can make the most of their time in the area. The goal is to create a seamless, elevated experience not just for you, but for everyone there to celebrate with you. And when it’s time for the honeymoon (or a destination wedding), I’m right there with you, designing a trip that fits your style and helping you access VIP perks like complimentary breakfasts, resort credits, room upgrades, and special amenities through my travel partners. What makes this different is the personal approach. You’re not getting a generic booking service.
