After you book a vendor on DayOf, your vendor may need some additional information to prepare for your event.

Common requests include:

  • Event date, time, and location details

  • Timeline or schedule for the day

  • Contact information for your venue or other vendors

  • Specific requests or preferences for their services

  • Any rules or restrictions at your venue

Your vendor should reach out to you through the platform to discuss what they need. Respond to booking-related communications within 5 days to keep things on track.
